AmBuild Supply is hiring! We are looking for a hands-on Field Foreman who is ready to step into a leadership role and help drive productivity, quality, and jobsite performance. This is not a desk job. You will work alongside the crew while leading from the front — keeping projects on schedule, installations coordinated, and labor performance on track. This role offers a clear path to Site Superintendent for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

 

Lead in the Field

  • Work directly with installation crews daily
  • Set the pace and maintain productivity
  • Assign manpower and organize daily work

 

Keep Jobs on Track

  • Ensure work stays on schedule
  • Coordinate with General Contractor superintendents
  • Plan work sequences and anticipate challenges

 

Drive Quality

  • Make sure installations meet company and manufacturer standards
  • Catch issues early and prevent rework
  • Train and mentor installers

 

Manage Multiple Projects

  • Balance manpower across jobs
  • Plan ahead to avoid downtime
  • Monitor progress and performance

 

Communicate & Represent the Company

  • Serve as primary field contact with GC teams
  • Provide progress updates to leadership
  • Help resolve jobsite challenges quickly

What We’re Looking For:

 

Required

  • OSHA 10
  • 5+ years of commercial construction field experience
  • Experience leading crews or acting as lead installer
  • Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
  • Proficiency reading construction drawings
  • Comfortable working with tools daily
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

 

Preferred

  • OSHA 30
  • Division 10 experience
  • Appliance installation experience
  • Multi-family or commercial project experience
  • Telehandler experience
  •
