Bob is a well-seasoned Estimator who brings over 50 years of experience. He has held positions as Senior Estimator, Chief Estimator and Vice President of Estimating. Bob has been responsible for schematic, design development, creating construction document budgets ranging from $3M to $25M. He oversaw hiring subcontractors, writing contracts and responsible for profit and loss on managed projects.
